Trying a mini tube system hr

This remote manifold station will provide heat for a 10,000 sq. ft. shop. I will inject 9.5 gpm either with copper or 1" Kitec from the mechanical room about 60 feet from the manifold location.

Had I thought of this sooner I would have had Lee at Speed Header custom fab the entire manifold without having to use any threaded fittings, except the flanges and filterball. I may stick a Spiro vent on this arrangment also.

A circuit setter flowmeter on the injection supply will allow me to dial in the correct injection GPM.

Two cast iron 200,000 boilers will supply the power. I'll try to run a 40 degree delta T, stage, rotate, and post purge with some of the new tekmar controls.

This method will save me about 130' of 2" copper and insulation, to be replaced with the 1". A good method to keep in your "bag o tricks" for moving lots of BTUs long distances.
