Repair steam radiator valves

Any suggestions on replacements parts of tips on rebuilding these old Asco? radiator valves. I have a customer with a couple of leaking valves, a couple of frozen valves and I would not want to replace them with the cheap ones available today, owner not realy looking to instal TRV's
Any tips would be great, or maybe a link to replacement parts.

Oh yeah, these are on a 2 pipe system, do these valves allow you to regulate flow such as a hot water radiator valve would? thanks
