First time injection

I am considering my first "injection" system vs mixing valve. I have 4(110 degree)radiant zones and now we have added a baseboard zone "bonus room" and a boiler mate(180 degree). I will be using a Munchkin 140,000 btu boiler. Munchkin is talking of having a new circuit board that will control two temp systems but I have not seen it yet. I will use a tekmar 356 or 361 (variable speed injection). My concern is building the injection loop, flow controls, press valves, backflow ect. Any in put?? Thanks in advance. Patrick

Injection
John Siegenthaler writes many articles on injection piping for P & M magazine. Check through his archives at this link:

The tekmar literature has piping instructions as well.
