I sure hope you
have obtained what you have into that job. Here is where a very tight contract is needed. I have seen this and far to often. I have seen jobs going slow and the owners pushing till the plumbing contractor installed the tubs for the second floor on stilts because the floor did not exist. Seen sheet rock being put on walls when there were no roof trusses up (nor roof) but a big push from a discomboobilated G/C. Not to mention other riduculus things. Oh well so goes contracting!0 -
Felcie!
Awesome looking work.Well planned out.Question.......the chimney,do you usually try to influence the decision towards a metal chimney?Or if they use a masonary do you reccomend a liner from the get go?Reall sweet work.

Beautiful job, but...
I think you violated an old German boiler room rule. Never mount a Viessmann Orange control on a Buderus Blue back board.
My daughter the "Color Coordinator" would write you a ticket in a NY second :-)
Nice job though. Hope you got what you're worth! You're worth a LOT!

Chimneys
seem to be a real touchy issue with many builders and homeowners. It seems everyone wants masonary. We do reccomend liners, but were not always successfull....thanks for the kind words...
