Look at job,don't really want it,over price it big and still get it.Then the easy ones you lose for a couple of bucks. Someday I'll understand this business,the heat stuff is easy but people?

    it happens all the time, i guess some folks do not want to shop and just want it done correctly asap so they can go about there buisiness!!(or maybe the other guy did not want it worser than you) (G)

    have a landlord we do a lot of work for and always wants a bargain price for top work.So we have to raise the price 10% so he can haggle it down to normal.Fun to watch him and my father go around and round,they both love it,you can see it in their eyes.Dave
