I am going through the same problem you are right now! We looked into the breeze-air systems and other "wine" cellar systems. The big problem is parts.......... These companies are great up front but how fast can you get parts?

So I went to United Refrigeration and we decided to use a commercial refrigeration system..
We are going to use a walk in freezer evap (because it has a heating element in it) and a t-stat and a humidistat!

Please let me know what you are going to us. Knowledge is power!

    wine cellars

i have done a couple of wine cellars. i have to agree with some of the previous posts about part availability. the self contained units are nice because you just slip them in the rough opening and plug it in. the sensor is actually located in the mouth of an empty bottle of wine placed on the shelf filled with water. another system we installed is a refrigeration unit as posted previously and a carrier variable speed air handler with electric heat controled by a carrier thermidistat(temp-humid control). recomend using a txv not a piston. make sure if you go this route you research the line voltage wiring. got a little tricky!
    good luck

    Like the others have said...

those premade wine coolers are...well...very cool.

Would have to agree with the comments listed here.

    Thanks for thinking of us!
