I am looking for some info on boiler basics for a training program. I would like something that i can give to new hires and let them fill out the blanks to see if thay really know what is on there resume. Also it would be nice if i could get a name of a good book for them to read to learn the basics. is ther such a thing out there besides hands on.. thanks tom o'connell please e-mail if you have good comments for i sometimes do not make it back because of a busy life lol

Tom , I think the best
thing for you to do is this , you know what you want them to know and also you know your service area.Make up your own test based on this and past service calls. I've gone with two new helpers in last month both had lic. here in Ma.(the hardest to get,so I've been told) and both could tell me code, but not what a presuretrol did! Hands - on is the only way to learn. Hope this helps John @ Reliable0
