    Indeed he did!

    Gary's contribution was thoughtful and well written. He explained and gave good examples on the license question and required testing and his opinion without sounding like he was preaching. I wish I was always that articulate, a credit to the profession.

    thanks so much guys for you kind words,i wanted to make a contribution where i could to america,by giving my honest and unbiast opinion towards the good and bad of licensing,not bad for an englishman ,llololo now a converted and true american,and dam proud of it.
