Where Can I get washing soda?

in THE MAIN WALL
I have a 2-pipe steam boiler that is flooding and a regular basis. I want to rule out foaming before I install a feed water tank. I am not having any luck locating washing soda? Is there a substitute for this or a vendor that I can order from?
