Cold is relative.

you guys don't know what cold is. It is so cold in Pennsylvania, that most of the locals go up to Canada for the winter to escape the weather. It was so cold one year, we had to bring in dry ice to the school that had no heat; just to warm it up. Pipe Tight, Do it right!!!! joe.
