circulator sizing

well its almost time to start my floor heat system.its a staple up job with heat transfer plates. the tounge and groove flooring is 3/4 of an inch and put right down on the joist.no subfloor...bt the way the tubing diameter is 1/2 inch. and there is a layer of r19 insulation under the tubing/plates. because of the open floor plan and the fear of expansion and contraction noise.im gonna run this on constant circ/reset.so what i have is 4 circuits each one is 250ft long...a little long i know but couldnt help myself.so i wanted to run these 4circuits in a loop and use an injection pump from the primary loop. what size pump would you need to circulate the right amount of water thru those 4 250 circuits? and how does one figure the size of the injection pump? thanks....mike terry
