I was making some rounds with a service tech in rural Ohio this week and one of his company's jobs was to replace an aging boiler in a small church. So I was there watching the guys disconnect the fittings and clear out the clutter around the old boiler; and taking pictures/notes.
I noticed an old man with a beat up pickup truck parked on the lawn. He was there waiting to load pieces of the old boiler up to haul to the local dump. I turned to my host, the service tech, and asked "Who IS that old guy anyway?"
"My father-in-law."
Ooops, you won't read that in The NEWS.
