Trouble with my Rheem Furance

in THE MAIN WALL
I have been having trouble with my 2 year old Rheem oil fired furance. Sometimes it just doesn't come on for a while. Shouldn't it come right on as soon as I raise the thermostat. Can anyone direct my to a site where I can find out what the problem my be? Thank You... Tom

    If thats all you know about your furnace.. on offence but Call a service person. DO not touch it your self..
