Entran II

I'm considering buying a house in the mountains of Colorado that has in floor radiant heat. The tubing used is the infamous Entran II. The house is 10 years old and 3300 square feet. The tubing is encased in concrete but all manifolds are accessable. I just had a plumber inspect the system. It appears that the tubing at the manifolds is still soft and flexible, has the oringinal orange color and is not leaking with the exception of one small leak in the garage. I had the plumber take a sample of the glycol/water solution to analyze. The fluid was a brownish/black color but had the consistancy of water and smelled like anti-freeze.

The tubing has the following markings:
-Entran II Heatway Systems UPC 2774
-See Boca Research Report No. 87-51

My questions are:
1. Should I buy this house?
2. Is all Entran II doomed to failure?
3. Are there good and bad batches of Entran II
4. If I buy the house should I immediatly retro fit it with a new system?
5. What things should I look for in the system before deciding to buy?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
