Boiler Condensation and Bypass Valves, Mark

Options
I am working on a 50-year-old residential hydronic heating system.
I’ve installed a small Teledyne copper boiler. Now I have a reoccurring problem with the heat exchanger condensing up every season. Teledyne recommends adding a bypass valve at the boiler to raise the inlet temperature, but ‘friends’ in the industry are saying that since I am trying to heat a 50-year-old slab of concrete, my problem may not go away.

I'll install tha valve, but 'is this going to resolve the problem?'
