I'm looking for a website or your knowledge on what temperature a 30% glycol mix will beable to achieve to. I feel stupid asking this question since it is something that I should know.

depends on the brand
and type of glycol. The less expensive brands are premixed in the container. Best to get the info from the manufacture or test it yourself for freeze point. Generally 30 -35% is adequate for most hydronic applications.
Be careful as some boiler manufactures will only approve 30% mixtures.
