    PHASE3

THIS WAS A MODEL TR-75. WE USE A HIGH VOLOCITY CIRCULATOR FOR BETTER RECOVERY RATE. HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE PRIORITY FEATURE ON THE ZONING CONTROLS. LOSING SOME HEAT LOAD DURING THE PAST WINTER. I THINK THE TANK WAS UNDERSIZED FOR THE APPLICATION. WE ALSO FED THE PHASE 3 WITH 1 1/4 PIPE. SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT LEAST 1 1/2 ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURE. ITS BEEN WORKING WITH NO PROBLEM. WE DID NOT DO THE DOMESTIC WATER PIPING.
  • Beautiful work Jim

I am becoming a believer in those speed headers after every pic you post . I think someone mentioned a multi zone control that has a time limit of how long the priority will run by itself - I forget the brand though . Great looking job . Ron .
