Has anyone been using Peerless WBV-03 water boiler with Partner

Would like to know if anyone is installing Peerless WBV-03 water boilers with Partner PP-40 Indirect HWH. My concern is the output ratings with the WBV-03 and the fact that the Partner-40 manual says you need an output of 150,000 BTU. From what I can tell from the Partner manual I will loose 25-30 gallons in the first hour ratings with the WBV-03 fired at max. Am I reading this wrong? Is anyone having trouble with the Partner? Do you think I will have any problems using this set up? Yes I will use priority zone on the Partner. Any input would be helpfull (if you can not tell, I am using this in my own house). THANKS FOR THE HELP

as w/ any set up like this to get much of the 1st hr. ratings you would haveto oversize the boiler. The real question is what are your hot water needs. Many showers? whirlpools? Most 40 gallon gas water heaters are only 40.000 btu.The boilers output is much higher than that. You have several options. One put in a relay (zone valve or circ.) that has a switchable priority. 2.) go for a larger water heater to get more storage. 3.) put a sparco 3/4" mixing valve on the heater boost the aquastat to say 155F and set the mix V. to 130F. thats my 2 cents. kpc Ps. the peerles partner is a superstor in a green jacket. super stor now makes a 45 gallon w/ a larger coil(ssu-45)

I will be using a priority zone and according to my figures

I would only need 106 the first hour on a very large draw that most likely will not happen
