Radiant Heat Plans

Hi, am looking for help to lay out a radiant job using alumipex. The job is one room above a garage 23 ft x 25ft, the house is heated with warm air furnace oil fired. I've suggested a boiler with indirect storage tank and a hydro-air air handler then add the radiant off of boiler. The supply house salesman is trying to sell a unico with heating coil. I've discovered he's using the weil-mclain personal advisor library cd to figure the job. Every time I use the same cd to try to do a heat loss on the house it steers me to warm air systems. Any help you can give me for radiant heat plan calculations would be appreciated .
