Any info regarding integrating Runtal or Mysonic with existing CI (vintage 1920's). Gas-fired hot water. Any ideas? Compatible or not?
Thanks,

Steel panel rads
like Runtal or Myson work well with cast iron radiation. We always install TRV valves on all the radiators to balance the systems and make it easy to control. we like to use an outdoor reset control that provides constant circulation and boiler protection from thermal shock.

i picked myson because they came in brass..but...
they came from the UK & had non-standard threads...it took a lot of wraps of pipe tape & i still have 1 out of 11 that gives me 3 or 4 drips per week....i hear myson offers std american NPT threads these days0
