geothermal question

installing a water to water geothermal system to drive floor radiant heat and provide full time DHW. My plan is to use electric water heaters as storage (and emergency heat). This will be installed in a crawl space area that is about 60" or so tall. I'd like to find an electric HWH about 45" high or so that is well insulated and in the 50 gallon + range. Any suggestions? Also, what would be the best way to install an aquastat in the tank?

Stubby tanks
are available, generally under 36" tall. Go for the energy saver plus models. Those are the ones with the most insulation 1-1/2 to 2" of spray foam would be good.
Wells are available to go into the tappings on the tank. If it has a side tap for the T&P use it and move the T&P to a top tap. I used 3/4" MIP X 1" copper adapters to increase to 1" copper at the tank.
