one installed. A 199. We couldn't get a Munchkin so I put the Peerless in.

Of course it's just a Munchkin with a Peerless jacket and it is working fine.

We have got a little over a dozen Munchkins in service as well and have only had problems with one unit. It had a pierced pressure switch and then the gas valve wouldn't modulate down. Made a neat back fire when it tried to drop into low fire. Replaced the valve and it's been problem free ever since.

Don't be afraid to use the Pinnacle. I would recommend getting familiar with the burner set up. It is done by CO readings so you will need a CO analyser.

Has anyone installed a Peerless Pinnacle boiler or had any service experience on them?

I also used

one in place of a Munchkin. It is the same boiler with a different jacket. I like them a lot. You need to make sure you size the pump properly. There is a pressure drop across the heat exchanger. I tell my supply house that they need to stock more than a 007, it drives me up the wall.

Read the instructions and follow close and you will love the little bugger.
