    I know that new

a Ridgid 300 will set you back about $3200. So $1200.00 probally isnt too bad depending on age, and condition and also the number of additional dies that may come with it

    If You're...

...looking on ebay, also type in "Rigid", as a search word. Most often, experienced sellers will include this common mis-spelling in their headings to cover as many bases as possible. However, many don't. You'll often turn up tools that are not included in the "Ridgid" search. And sometimes, because of this, there isn't as much bidding on them. I picked up a new-in-the-box "Rigid" laser torpedo level like that, for about a quarter of what it normally retails for. If he'd spelled "Ridgid" correctly, he'd likely have gotten more for it. (And I wouldn't have it.)

    REMS threaders and tools

Mark, talk to my friend Leo at Mupro USA. You can find hin # on the Mupro-USA website. He's selling REMS tools and threaders. They're the best German tools and very reasonably priced.

    Second on the REMs

I had one of their 2" Tornados, with the optional wheel cart. Incredible piece of equipment. Whisper quiet.
