Ok how bout recirc with no recirc line. what about the chilipeper thing does it work , other ideas. we've got ahouse with 150ft of pipe from WH to afew baths and no way to add a true recirc line. Someone said Grundfoss makes a setup to do this by bypasing back to the cold line???

The Grundfos Solution
Joel - The Grundfos solution you've heard about is the Comfort System. We put a pump on the water heater (out of the living space) and a thermal bypass valve under the fixture furthest from the water heater.
