I installed a boiler for my brother last January in a rush. Now we want to set it straight. I need 3 different zones with different temps. One is a future radiant floor. The others are an existing radiator loop and baseboard loop. The baseboard loop needs hotter water than the radiator loop which has been on a constant circ and riding the outdoor reset. The radiator loop has been OK. The baseboard has it's own circ and has been wired in parallel with the radiator loop. It has not been warm enough in the room with the baseboard. How can I control all of this? Do I need to add a circ panel. Can the Logomatic handle multiple temps?

I'm thinking you want to buy a FM241 card.This will drive a motor for a 3 or 4 way valve.I dont know if the card will allow multiple motors.I'm thinking not.Its been quite some time since I used one:(.I had used manual 3 ways and programmed the card for my hottest temp and manually adjusted my other temps.If the HWBB zone needs 180* all heating season obviously this would be on the boiler side of the mix(supply).This way your highest design temp manifold gets the sensor and you enter the curve into the program.

As I type I see that by using the manual 3 way valves these zones will also gain reset benefits and no motor for them would be needed.

Sizing the mixing valve would be the key in good design.Mr Bean has an excellent post.If its gone email me and I will forward it to you.

As far as switching.The HS2107 will switch one heating and one DHW zone.If the home is running 100% constant circulation you can designate one zone as a master and slave the other two.Otherwise you will need to purchase two more switching relays.
