How to heat huge concrete slab

I am about to build a new chicken house (400 feet long by 42 feet wide, 11 feet high in the center and 7.5 feet high at the edges).

The entire house will sit on a huge (400x42) concrete pad that will be about 4 inches thick.

I want to use hydronics to heat it in the following way:

1.- use solar collectors to preheat as much as I can the fluid (the panels will probably run on glycol that will be run through a heat exchanger to heat the water that will run in the slab)

2.- have some kind of a fuel oil-based supplemental heater (solar panels will not cut it year round)

3.- the entire house will be ventilated so all the individual loop zones will have to run pretty much on just a handful of thermostats.

Any suggestions on how to go about this?
