wanted since learning about them here. Got a nice fat check this week and it's burning a hole in my pocket!
Tool Crib (Amazon.com/toolcrib) has them for $449 with blade, free UPS shipping, and a choice of a free 4-1/2" angle grinder or additional blade. Hard to beat that deal.

The tool king
sells referbished tools I believe, which isn't a bad thing just as long as you know up front.I've got several referbished drills and all hold up just as well as the new ones.
Your going to love that saw.The think cuts through metal like it's plastic!

If you go to the
web site, it looks like it is a new one. Tool King sells new and reconditioned, with the refurbs ones clearly labeled.0 -
Refund from Tool Crib
I called them this morning, they clicked on the Tool King ad and sure enough credited my card $60. They match the competitors price, and beat it by 10% of the difference.
Tool King advertizes free shipping but adds a handling charge, by the way!
Thanks, ME for the heads up. I'll get you that free sawzall blade, okay

Porter-Cable
We bought one of them about a year ago and my guys stopped using the abrasive chop saws; didn't want to use anything other than the dry cut. Eventually bought a second one becuase the first one was always out.
The blades last about a year under heavy use; we cut strut, cast iron and it makes a beautiful cut on copper tubing for production work.
Yes, they are expensive, but it's like any other tool that you use a lot and saves time on the job; they pay for themselves in no time.
