Non Moldy State Farm Insurance

Just got my homeowners renewal from State Farm yesterday 30 percent cost increase because of "increase of claims in my area" and Big insert telling the polcyholder of the drop of coverage for mold, dryrot or anything else that may cost money. I doubt the mold spores received this notice so I assume the problems will continue just not the coverage. Anybody thinking of using this as a lead in on a clean and check mailing? I wonder if the customers know what a mold abatement job will cost them. Current thinking from the insullation people is no fiberglass no way no how for basement walls, too risky for mold growth. Solid foam inside the basement walls or better yet insulate the outside unless you are in HR land where the termites live. Todays HVAC news tells of a big hotel in Hawaii closed for mold, may be safer to sleep on the beach.
