primary/secondary control setup

Gravity system converted to forced circ. Current control is bam-bam with thermostat controlling circ, thermo and aquastat controlling burner.

My plan is to create a primary loop for the boiler with a bypass loop using an ESBE TV @140F on the return (similar to ME's posting here a while back). Keep existing control setup (minus thermostat) for the primary loop.

On the secondary I'd like to find a reset control that would monitor outdoor temp and return water temp from the rads. Thermostat would connect to this control, and the "burner" contacts would connect to the original thermostat contacts on the primary controls.

Thermostat would control secondary circulator. Thermostat and reset (based on OAT and secondary return temp) would control primary.

Does this sound like a reasonable setup?

Can anyone recommend a simple reset control to use?

It looks like a Honeywell AQ475A1004 should do the trick.
