    Go for it

Quick trac will work fine. There are a couple different ways to install it depending on your finished flooring.

    Quick Trak Over Concrete

First you must put a layer of 5/8" or 3/4" plywood subfloor over the concrete slab. The plywood can be adhered directly to the concrete if a vapor barrier is not required. If a vapor barrier is required, then the plywood must be power nailed to the concrete slab. A high water table will affect the performance of this application. If moisture is present a vapor barrier must be used. If this is a basement or walk-out it s imperative that perimeter and edge insulation is installed.
