1st day back to school. I wouldn't miss this for anything. My son, Stephen, started Kindergarten and my daughter, Tyler Ashley, is the old pro going into 2nd grade. Can't imagine life without them!

off to school today for the 1st day of the year. My youngest one had her 1st day of kindergarten today. Spoke with her a little while ago & asked her how it went. She told me all about her Gym class. I guess this one is going to be like daddy. I could not be any prouder of my family. Mom is excited about their 1st day more than words can describe. Wonder why that is?

I wish mine were starting school today. The teachers in my district are on strike....grrrrrrr....and they make the most money in the state! Oh well, my kids are pretty pumped because of the extra summer vacation. I told them to remember that when you lose half the Christmas vacation :-)
