Do yourself a favor.Gather more info from other manufacturers/contractors.Floor panel heating/warming is more then stringing pex under the subfloor.

This company is proposing a 1" tube stapled center of each joist bay to support the load on a design day.The tube is non 02 protected. So all system parts must be non ferrous. They recommend water heaters to supply the system water. Not that theres anything wrong with that :)!!Just depends on the load.

Check a Long Island CO/RTI,Wirsbo,Roth,Slant Fin,Rehau and so many many more that design in real world conditions and care about what they sell and who they sell to.

    The tube and fittings

should have an ASTM F876 and or ASTM 877 listing to meet code in most states.

There may be aditional DIN standards, NSF, SDR, ICBO, as well as Canadian approvals on the tube.
Most manufactures will be happy to send you copies of the various listings that their product carry. These are also required by code to be printed on the tube, and fittings.

Find out what is required in your area.
It may not be worth gambeling on a product that is not designed or listed to these industry standards. Why risk a problem or code violation with a non listed product.

    Calcs?

Whose calcs show it would work? The design for underfloor joist bay heating should be piped on 8" centers with transfer plates. I'd be using software from a major tubing manufacturer to make sure the design works, and won't need supplemental radiation to meet actual design loads. Don't take it for granted.
