have won t&m bid for repipe of 3 story old home with existing 2-pipe cast iron thin tube rads and some cast in wall convectors.Only job spec is all has to be copper lines and risers.have succesfully sold gc and h.o on cont pump with reset...question...2-pipe reverse return, or monoflo tees,or other ideas thanks guys

Use

reverse return with TRV's. Use a pressure bypass differential on the pump and a 3 way or 4 way modulated mix at the boiler. this will easily protect the boiler from thermal shock. I use the Viessmann setup as a matter of course, but tekmar controls work fine.
