Fittings. I measured the Hex fittings at 11/16th's. I have checked for a hex key to fit these and have not had much luck.
Does it really matter which valve is on the supply or the return? One is tapered in and the other is tapered out.

Myson = England = Metric
Don't even think about 16ths!
If you're talking about the connections, the unions are kind of strange, but the little thin male threaded piece sweats to 3/4" copper tube (at least mine did).
The standard practice is to put the supply on the valve--I don't know if it makes any difference here--but not knowing the exact makeup of that little valve--I'd stay with the "standard."0 -
Hex key
I got one around here for that Myson radiator. If you can't find one for it, let me know and I'll see if I can "loan" it to you.

Nuts
The nut on a 7/16 bolt is 11/16, put 2 on the bolt and tighten them together. The bolt head is 5/8.

This is for Mark and eleft
Duh!
I have done that very thing before and and kicking myself for not thinking about it this time.
If I can ever get the things floating around in my head together, I'll be brilliant. Or my head my explode. (Probably the latter)
Thanks guys.

Metric
The supplier of that beautiful piece of european technology is stocking all the neccessary parts, supplies,and tooling to support their product line. Aren't they??? That hex is probable metric catch a Snap-On truck at a local car dealership and chances are The tool will be on the truck or he can have it in a couple of days , Same goes for Matco or Mac. Other alternative is MSC Industrial Supply (www.mscdirect.com ) all that stuff they tell you you don't need, that nobody else uses, in the catalog , in your hand one to two days UPS.0
