Barrier Pex in straight lengths?

this. I know Wirsbo has Aqua pex in straight 20 footers.
What would be really nice, in my opinion, would be PAP in straight lengths. It could be "worked" like the bending grade copper to allow for some nice looking manifold runs and near boiler piping.
The ISH show I attended years ago had a room full of tools many for fabing soft copper. Seems these tools would be easily switched to PAP dimensions.
Next on my list a method to T-Drill and join PAP!

It would be lots easier...
to import the tools and carry the coils. It's expensive for the manufacturer to cut and process 20ft sections. I was astounded to see the bundles of 20ft pieces at the Wirsbo factory last month. I was told that some plumbers are just used to 20ft sticks in the NE so they accomodate...I'll say. I saw the tools you describe at ISH last year. The have several PAP fab tools including this neat roller that makes the tubing straight with one pass.

Got names, Paul
I would like to see what those tools look like.
The 20 foot Wirsbo Aqua Pex is a big seller around here also. My local supply house keeps piles of it in stock.

I am using quite a bit 20' AquaPex also..........
when I'm hooking up the potable side of a water heater to the ZCPs. I can't beleive it! Are you guys finally wearing me down? ;-)
I did pose the question to Wirsbo about the 20' hePEX thing, but it's not going to happen. MultiCor does a great job for straight runs, I just wish I could expand it.

fittings
ultimately there will be pressfittings that make it all so simple.

bow, vanguard
plasco, all make 20' straight lengths, some of them even up to 1". we run the 3/4" for our S/R, it seems to quieten down the system considerably, just have to use more fittings.
