Custom Speed Header

This header was designed by Tom Collucci from TSBC Maintenance for a renovation project in Scarsdale,NY. The supply and return are supplied by two boilers into one header. The header is fabricated from 4" schedule 40 with 36 outlets,including 3/4", 1" and 1-1/2"nipples , thread-o-lets were added for aquastat controls,thermo welds, boiler drains,etc. It was designed to bolt into the floor on its own legs, welded to but not part of the circulating system. The header was hydro tested to 250psi, well beyond its working pressure. It was coated with 2 coats of heat resistant paint. As Tom discovered, we can fabricate anything!! Tom will supply a picture when everything is piped out and the electrical end is completed.
