Got a call this afternoon from a family that is negotiating to buy this house. Seems they didn't like the way the boiler looked. The origional instal was done by the owner/builder of the home 6 years ago. He and his wife lived there for 3 years then she ran out on him and he divorced her. After that, the ex of the origional homeowner lived ther for a couple years with a series of live-ins, 6 or 7 of them last I had heard. From the pictures you can see that one of them knew juuuuuuuuusst enough to be dangerous. Check out the bottle cap holding the pump relay on. (A novel approach to constant circ) Also look at the "never fail" burner lighting system. Why' you just don't need all those controls and stuff! Just turn on the gas cock and throw a match under the boiler. This was LP gas by the way. The ex and her most recent lover were evicted by the sherriff dept last December for non payment of property taxes and the place sat the rest of the winter with no heat.

Comments anyone? I've never seen anything like it.

BTW, A Darwin award is given to a person who "proves" the theory of the evolution of the species and natural selection by removing themselves from the gene pool in a fantasticly stupid way.
