    Convector?

    Hey Hot Rod,

    Keep fooling around in that garage of yours, you come up with some cool stuff.

    I guess a new type of convector to be installed in the joice bays for radiant heat

    If thats a camshaft, I wanna see the engine! Its huge and must make a ton of horse power.

    That's about a 1\" copper pipe....

    with 1-1/2" rings of copper pipe about 1" long smashed and brazed to the pipe.
    Now if you stick that inside of a 2" copper pipe you will have effectively increased the suface area of the heat exchanger by quite a bit!!! Also the baffleing effect of the rings will swirl the water and make the heat exchanger much more efficient then just a straight tube.
    Hook it up to that solar collector and wal-la you's a makin' a ton of hot water!!!!

    Just a thought???
