Heatway Onyx

I installed Heatway's Entran Onix about four years ago and had flow problems from the beginning. A couple of weeks ago we broke up the gypcrete floor and pulled up the tubing. It appeared to have bubbles on the inside, as if the laminating process was faulty. I would like to know if anyone else has had a similiar problem.
Thanks, Kate

So your saying that these bubbles are on the inside. In other words externally it looks fine? what type of water temps did your system run at? What kind of boiler? is the tubing brittle? More info please ,inquiring minds want to know! Thank you.

I'd be curious as to
the fluid in the system. Do you have any left that could be tested. Do you know what the system was filled with and if it was cleaned and flushed at the installation?
Did you try Watts Radiant for answers. Their phone # should be onthe hose. Let us know how you make out.
