Here are some pics of a panel job we did last winter.

I was curious as to how they would look in a log home, but I think they look GREAT!!!

    Panel Rads

    Nice work Mark,
What did you use for a piping and control stategy? Constant Cicr./outdoor reset? I am going to use panel rads. in my own house but I have never done them before. Any sugestions would be great. Kevin C.

We piped the system two pipe with a differential by-pass. An outdoor stat brings the system pump on at 60 degrees.

A Taco reset controls the water temp and the boiler.

When the new boards become available for the Munchkin we will replace the original control with the new.

This will allow for outdoor reset AND modulation of the gas valve.

When I build a home, I will use panels and RFH.

BTW, these folks had to go through the entire winter with NO ceilings due to air infiltration and condensing issues.
Their highest LP bill was $98.
