    Heat Calc

    Yes, Heat loss is seperate from what your asking. It will not show how much heat will get through the floor covering. That should be a small seperate calculation on your part. Treat it as a seperate surface, and calculate the heat transfer through it. The more covering (insulation) the harded it is to heat. R values of the wood,pergo, carpet and other coverings should add up. Remember the conduction value of any covering is equal to the recripical of the R value. Hope this helps.
