I will be installing new boiler and indirect water heater within a couple of weeks. Buderus G-115 with LT-160 Indirect. Using seal combustion because moving boiler into garage. Any opinions would help if PEX makes life that much eisier or sould I stick with the copper.
Thanks
Thanks

works great in many places. One place it doesn't work that well is with the near boiler piping. We still pipe all our boilers in copper or steel and change to pex up in/near the joists or at manifolds.Pex is a great product, but it's very difficult to make it look neat in exposed areas.

Works great on heat loops. I drill out each run then hook it into the boiler after a 3 ft. run or so of copper. I use the 5/8" wirsbo hePEX.Bae board hookups are pretty quick with the expansion tool.0 -
