and drive a relay in the BBD. You won't find much out there in a single step remote for 220V at the amp ratings required unless you use relays. Enjoy....Dan

    Baseboard heating controls

I have a project where I need to put electronic controls (on the adjacent wall)on a group of baseboard heaters. Rather than rewire all of the 220VAC circuits, I'd would like to simply find baseboard heater with wireless (IR or otherwise) remote controls -- like the Sanyo 2-part AC systems. Is anyone aware of heaters with wireless remote controls?

    THanks, Ken

    maybe not

Thanks for the recommendation on Danfoss. I checked their www site and they do have wireless products for hydronic heat -- but I could not find anything for standard electric baseboard heat? Any other ideas???

    wireless

I agree with Dan, the Danfoss wireless (TP-RF) is a 24 volt dry contact for 1 -3 zones. You can use the dry contact to energize any thing you want. For more info, email me or contact Danfoss at 443-512-0266 or fax 443-512-0270.
