My column ran a little long and there wasn't room to put
Julius Bank's e-mail address (for those opposed to the EPA stay and who would like to voice their concerns). It is: Banks.Julius@epamail.epa.gov. If you'd like a copy of the "Notice of partial stay and reconsideration" drop me a line with your fax number and I'll fax it off to you (11 pages).
