Emerson Swan, Inc. is a Stocking Manufacturer’s Representative, headquartered in Randolph MA. The company has been in business since 1932, is privately held, consists of two major divisions and supplies products to Wholesale Distribution, Mechanical Contractors and End Users throughout New England, Up State NY, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Division: Distribution Products Department

The successful candidate will have an associates degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or similar discipline or be skilled in the industry; Have an understanding of Hydronic Systems, Steam Systems and HVAC systems with special emphasis in the areas of underfloor radiant heating design; Have the ability to call on Light Commercial Trade accounts, Trade accounts, Builders and Wholesalers; Have a firm grasp of consultative sales skills and sales negotiation skills; Have the ability to perform takeoffs and prepare quotations from contract documents and have the ability to design/size/select equipment, as well as perform technical on site problem solving. Factory training and on going in-house instruction will help you prepare for fast paced daily sales challenges where revenue performance is the key.
