    If I have the low bid I widraw it because I know I screwed up somewhere. I have even paid a penalty for that a couple of times. Figure its cheaper then paying for the mistake. If they want the low price,I know that eventually I will get the service work. PAY ME NOW OR PAY ME LATER!! Seems the money is always there to do it over but its not there do it right the first time.
