iam looking for a coil boiler that will heat 4- 120 gallon aqua bank water heaters the boiler will be one big coil heater to circ the water thru the coil then thru the aqua bank. the tanks are allready threre. just have to change the boiler. thank for your help ... David.... hi again , the set up is oil fired , they heat the same way as a aqua bank heats.m is for a school in conn.the heat load is 300,000btus, laars only has the gas i need it in oil thank you ....david

If you want to do it in a single boiler and shed the heat directly to the tank, presuming nat or lp gas have a look at the Water Pik / Laars units. I've used up to 400MBTU with good success on indirect apps. Enjoy....Dan

We replaced a Sioux Chief 1,000.000 btu coil boiler with a laars 500,000 btu unit about 5 years ago at a concrete plant. The intention at the time was to heat 1000 gal holding tank (no insulation) supplied with 50 deg. water and raise to 115 degree in deadof winter. At that time they were consuming about 1000 gal per hour in 8 hr day. Now they are up to 1800 gal per hour in 14 hr. day. still going strong. Only problems have been 2 hotsurface ignitors and 1 controlbox for same. I think it was lightning but can't prove it. unit is inuse 8 mn. of the year.

You might try

Looking at TFI-Everhot's line of external coils. They have them for flow rates up to 100 gpm.
