Noritz CB199 Combi boiler Heat Exchanger Condition Question

Hello. I was just replacing the Flame observation glass due to dirty glass. It was totally rust covered with flame observation bracket rust. When I open the bracket I see some hairline crack(Picture N1). Is its failure of Heat exchanger?

This is 6 years old Boiler. Only used for Radiant Heating. (no domestic water hookup). Used for radiant heating only . Max temp. set for water is 125 F with outdoor sensor.

Please advise.
