PK Boiler Draft
PK Boiler N2000VX experiencing wrong draft at test site -.50 and below barometric door -.07 (should be -.01 to -.05). This has been a 5 year issue since installation and no one seems to be able to answer why. Had 2 engineers, venting expert, Metal Fab venting company working on this problem. Metal Fab and both engineers come up with the same calculations for the correct vent diameter and barometric door. I even had a factory engineer and tech come on site to go through the boiler to ensure components are operating properly which they are. My question is shouldn’t the pressure be excessive over the fire test site vs under the barometric door? Any suggestions would be appreciated
