Slant Fin Wall Hung Combi

hey guys is anyone here familiar with the Slant Fin Wall Hung Combis. I personally am not and I know they are out of business and don’t believe there is any tech support available. Have not been there yet so was hoping it’s a common issue with them maybe someone can help me out

unfortunately won’t let me post the video of what going on. There is a Very loud rattling/grinding sound during Post Purge. If anyone can help out I can private message you or text you the video if you have some free time. Thank you
